New Developments

We present new property developers with the opportunity to save on construction costs by supplying to them all 'Luminaire Schedule' recommendations at factory direct pricing. By collaborating with their general contractors, electrical designers, architectural team, interior designers and electrical contracting team, we ensure that all aspects of the owner supply process aligns with product compliance, design and onsite project schedule.

Residential

We supply existing residential property owners, hotels, property management companies, strata corporations, senior facilities and low income housing societies with solutions for retrofitting of current lamp & bulb based fixtures with new LED technology. Along with our own side-by-side lighting energy audit we can supply and install our products or just supply only.

Commercial & Industrial

We provide all commercial and industrial properties with access to the latest in LED technology and the option to custom design some products to include components fitted for their individual application. Our flexibility in the retrofitting process then contributes to creating more safe and secure environments, save energy cost, while improving the operational functionality of facilities.
